The ESHP combines our patented technology (US patent number 7,135,036) to store electrical heating power inside unique phase change materials (PCM) that allows you to release and control thermal energy by changing the phase behavior in the PCM. The ESHP is different than traditional heat pads that use other PCMs or gels and require the use of uncontrollable temperature source like a microwave or hot water to heat up.

 

...... This new, patented heating pad offers an easy way for consumers to store heat energy for safe, controllable, personal and mobile uses any time! The ESHP is completely automatic and so easy you just plug it into a power outlet wait for about ten minutes and you are ready to go! An LED and alarm Beep will inform you when the energy is fully stored. AC and DC power options give you the greatest combination of electrical heating pad and mobile heat pad integrated into one product!

...... The surface temperature can be controlled within +/- 2 degrees C with the Automatic Temperature Control. Unlike traditional heat pads that use a microwave or hot water to store heat and then not allow you any temperature control. Often, the first exposure to those microwave or hot water heat pads is too hot and the only get cooler with time.

Note:

•  The ESHP's heat will be fully stored faster if you put it in a warm environment when initially storing thermal energy. For example, if you put the ESHP on a cold stone surface the thermal storing process will take more time.

•  When storing heat, it is recommended that you put this pad inside the cover provided. The storing time and usage time may vary depending on the storing environment!

•  Please do not step on, squeeze, twist or cut it!

•  If the storing hand controller LED is off, just unplug the detachable connector from hand control. The ESHP is now fully stored and ready to use!

•  A fully stored energy pad can be put inside the pocket of designed applications. Such as: neck rest pillow, waist wrap belt, shoulder wrap, kneel or ankle wrap - even inside a slipper!

•  When the stored energy has been used up, the material will slightly harden. The PCM inside the pad is food grade Sodium Acetate. So don't worry if the pad is accidentally broken. When the heat energy is fully stored, it will feel like very soft and warm.

•  All storing time and heat release time tests are based on room temperature 25C degree. If conditions change, stored energy duration time might vary!
